3. Services, Description & Pricing

• We provide professional nail treatments, including gel polish manicures, builder gel (BIAB) overlays, builder gel infills and gel removal.
• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
• The total amount payable will always be displayed before you confirm your booking.

4. Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• By clicking the booking button, you agree you are entering into a legally binding contract and are obliged to pay.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe.
• Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed back to the same payment method used at booking.

6. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Because appointments are booked for a specific date and time, the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law does not apply.

7. Performance of Services

We will provide your chosen nail treatment at the agreed appointment time and with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Booking Confirmation

Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation forms the binding contract between you and The Nail Snug.

9. Changes, Errors & Pricing Mistakes

If an error occurs in pricing or booking details, we reserve the right to correct it. If necessary, the booking may be cancelled and a full refund issued.

10. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.
• We are not responsible for indirect losses (e.g. travel costs, lost income, or inconvenience).
• Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Complaints

12. Governing Law
